My name is Denis O’Donovan, President of ProfitComm located in Timonium, MD. With over 300 vendors in our portfolio, we are vendor management experts for voice over IP, contact center, internet, private networks, and expense management services.

Using our unique RFP Alternative process, ProfitComm helps match the right technology services and vendors based on the Inner Circle member’s unique needs. Our process entails using software and engineering resources to help guide the Inner Circle member through selecting, deploying, and managing those technology solutions.

ProfitComm’s RFP Alternative fee is typically 5-10% of the annual spend on technology service but Inner Circle members get this service at no additional charge.
