Meet Elias: Your New Virtual Assistant

We're excited to introduce Elias, the Institute's brand-new chatbot, now live on the external public website.

Elias is built to answer questions from any visitor, whether they're a current member or someone just discovering the Institute for the first time. Ask Elias about course offerings, pricing, or program details, and it will quickly locate the right information and point you to helpful resources.

Why Elias matters:

• Available around the clock. Elias is online 24/7. Visitors can get answers any time of day or night.
• Built for a global audience. The Institute serves retailers around the world, across time zones. Elias helps make sure language and hours are never a barrier to getting information.

Introducing the New Administrator Dashboard

In addition to Elias, we are excited to announce the launch of the NEW Administrator Dashboard, which is designed to make managing your online training program faster, easier, and more intuitive.

The redesigned homepage brings your most frequently used resources together in one convenient location with a cleaner, more intuitive layout to help you navigate the platform with ease. These are the highlights of the new Dashboard:

• New Courses channel with post to keep you abreast of the latest course releases and updates.
• Navigation buttons to the pages most used by administrators.
• Learner Channels:
  • Learners' How To channel with instructions to address the most asked support questions.
• Administrator Channels:
  • How-To tutorials featuring step-by-step guidance for the administrator tasks.
  • Courses and Resources give you quick access to the administrator tools.
  • Courses Libraries with PDFs of the course descriptions.
• New menu with options to navigate to any page and your own favorites menu.
