Here's how it works:

If a shopper requests the Double Money Back guarantee, direct them to www.iga.com/products.
The shopper will be prompted to complete a brief online form so we can collect the product and contact information.
Once complete, an IGA representative will contact your customer and confirm their refund is on it's way!
IGA will mail your shopper their refund in the form of a coupon for a minimum of double the product value.

Example: For a box of mac-n-cheese, cost average $1.29, we send 3 $1.00 coupons.
Coupons are only redeemable on only IGA-branded products stated on coupon.
A typical refund takes no more than a week.
