Starting May 21, 2025, IGA will launch the popular Celebrate Summer Grill Giveaway, where three lucky shoppers will win a new grill of their choosing (valued at $1,000) by entering up to once a day at iga.com. The giveaway runs through July 8, 2025.

This year's Celebrate Summer Grill Giveaway Sweepstakes is sponsored by Coca-Cola Company®, Grab a Boost of Blue®, Glad®, Go Grassfed®, Gold Peak®, Hellman's®, Hidden Valley Ranch®, Kingsford®, Knorr®, Powerade®, smartwater®, vitamin water®, The Hershey Company®, Potatoes USA®, and IGA®.

More Than Just a Sweepstakes

80% of American home owners have a grill or smoker, and the Celebrate Summer Grill Giveaway gives independent grocers the opportunity to recapture shoppers' summer grilling dollars that may otherwise be directed to dining out. With many U.S. consumers increasingly worried that tariffs will lead to higher inflation, they continue to look for ways to reduce spending.

This sweepstakes, paired with an in-store emphasis on grilling, allows IGA retailers to position themselves as key players in fostering memorable culinary experiences while gaining revenue that once flowed into the restaurant industry.

The sweepstakes kicks off May 21, 2025 with promotion on IGA.com, posts on the IGA USA Facebook page, and a feature in the National Digital Ad, which is geo-targeted to IGA communities.
